Questions & Fees

    • All sessions are online using Zoom. I don’t have an office you can visit.

    • You must be located in KY, OH, or FL at the time of each session.

    • For ADHD Counseling, you may be able to use your insurance.

    • ADHD Assessment/Diagnosis is private pay only (see below for pricing).

    • I am in-network with United, Aetna, Cigna, Lyra, & Modern Health in Ohio & Kentucky. All other insurance plans are out-of-network.

    • Your insurance policy may provide partial reimbursement for out-of-network clinicians. If so, I can provide you with the paperwork needed to request reimbursement from your insurance.

    • If you have a high-deductible plan and know you won’t reach your deductible for the year, you may find yourself paying the same amount with or without your insurance.

    • Note that some health insurance policies simply don’t cover mental health.

    • Sorry, I only work with adults (18+).

  • Sorry, I do not have weekends or evenings available.

    Here’s my general availability: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm.

    • Sessions are 55 minutes long and cost $140, charged to the credit / debit / health savings card you provide while completing the initial paperwork.
